[edit: missed an entry ^_^’]
Fashionably late as always 😉 . after 2 and 1/7th weeks, we have received a total of 9 sprite entrys, and all very well done at that. However, I cant declare a winner until 1 has been deemed the best. So, without furthur adu, the entrys!
The rules are as follows: You can vote for 2 different sprites, but not your own. You may comment on the sprites, but only constuctive critisism IF it is done in a helpful way. aside from that, the voting will go for 2 weeks…so November 6th if im not mistaken 🙂 . see you there.

WP finally got around to adding a poll feature, so I thought I should test it out.
Welcome to the FE Blog sprite contest! The goal is to make a custom FE sprite you think will earn you the most votes from the members of FE Blog. all entrys will be anonymous until the contest is over, and the winner will have both their name and sprite added to the Hall of Fame.
Alright, first off sorry for my absence from FE Blog lately. I have been putting most of my time into The Blazing Emblem and The Blazing Emblem RPG, and haven’t been doing much here aside from an update once in a while. To make up for that, I will be redoing the Sword of Seals to Path of Radiance official art pages today, turning them into galleries like the Sacred Stones and Radiant Dawn ones. I might also get some Shadow Dragon wallpapers up if all goes well.
As for what I have gotten done already, I uploaded some fan sprites made by shadowninja45, as well as the transparent background Sacred Stones sprites (thanks to Dark Priestess) . Now there aren’t assorted white backgrounds 😛 .
Yesterday Nintendo confirmed that ‘Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon’ will be released in the U.S in the first half of 2009, and they also confermed that the title will be
‘Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon’ .
There have been some rumors of a new DS Lite model coming out, and they have been confirmed to be true. The “DSi” , as it’s called, was announced to be released in Japan on November 1st, 2008 for 18,900 Yen…and has been given a vague 2009 release date elsewhere. The unit will be 2.6 millimeters lighter, and both screens have been increased to 3.25 inches. Now, onto the interesting stuff.
